Strategic collaboration agreement between Light Mobility Cluster and Euro Mobility Festival de Girona 2024

The Euro Mobility Festival, Sea Otter Europe Costa Brava Girona by Continental and the benchmark cluster of the sustainable urban mobility sector, Light Mobility Cluster, have renewed their collaboration agreement, which began in 2023, to join forces and strengthen the collaboration between the festival and the cluster in order to promote the sustainable urban transport sector.

Among other objectives, the Euro Mobility Festival, already an international reference in sustainable urban mobility, seeks to establish links with the main institutions and entities in the sector, such as the Light Mobility Cluster, the leading cluster in Spain for the light mobility industry.

The 3rd edition of the Euro Mobility Festival will be held from 20th to 22nd September 2024 as part of the Sea Otter Europe Costa Brava Girona by Continental international cycling festival in Girona, which attracted over 60,000 visitors last year, making it one of the most visited urban mobility festivals in Europe.

The Light Mobility Cluster is a non-profit association with legal personality, which represents the entire value chain of the two-wheeler and light mobility sector. It currently comprises more than 90 member companies, representing a total turnover of more than 1.15 billion euros and over 6,200 employees.

The Cluster will have a specific space within the festival, where it will provide information and be available to Cluster members for networking. Furthermore, it will work together with the event organisers to present a dynamic and attractive programme in the auditorium area. The conferences organised as part of the Euro Mobility Festival aim to bring the latest developments and trends in the mobility sector closer to the professional and general public.

There are also still spaces for brands that have not yet attended the festival and intend to join in this year.

It is clear that this continuity agreement will strengthen both entities and help the light, urban and sustainable transport sector to continue to grow and gain more visibility in Spanish society.
